The property is available for camping, enjoy bird watching and our friendly deer.

Arroyo Studio

Located in the old downtown area of Castroville, at the corner of Lisbon and Naples Street, this studio guesthouse was once the kitchen area of the Schmidt House which was built in 1870 according to the Texas Historical Survey Committee. The original home sits on site but is inaccessible pending restoration efforts.
