Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

The Amberg House - a Frank Lloyd Wright Original

Staying in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a bucket list item for fans of America's most acclaimed architect. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. A graduate of MIT, she was the first woman to be licensed as an architect in the US.

Trim Pines is the perfect small space for a quiet stay and is enjoyed by guests in every season. Our lower one room walk-out is comfortable for 1 to 2 people for short or long term stays. It is a great place to unwind and relax. This tranquility is located 8 miles from I-75 in Davisburg, Michigan. Our guests enjoy local festivals and concerts at Pine Knob Music Theater, golf at nearby courses and biking and hiking at local County, Metro and State Parks.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.

My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views.
