This spacious two-room apartment (51.5m2) is perfect for both solo travelers and larger groups! The apartment is a short distance from the Travel Centre (450m), downtown services (450m) and the exhibition centre (Pavilion, 800m). You can also enjoy the proximity of nature to the beach of Tourujoki, which is only 150m away. Sepän shopping center is also just a 7-minute drive away. The apartment has its own parking space with a heating post. In addition, parking on the street on weekdays with a parking disc for 2 hours from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm and free at other times.

A bright and tidy two-room apartment with a sauna on the shore of Lake Jyväsjärvi. The house, completed in 2019, is in the Rantaraita housing fair area. The spacious glazed balcony opens up to an unobstructed lake view towards the city center. Swimming beach. Private parking space next to the downstairs door. The area has beautiful and diverse hiking trails and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive tableware, appliances, sleeping arrangements for four people, 65" smart TV with streaming services, air heat pump, hanging chair, etc.).

Relax with the whole family (10 people) at this peaceful place to stay in a great location on the beach of Leppävesi. Many beaches - a boat spot, a sauna pier, and 2 beaches of their own, one of which can watch the sunset. The history of the cottage is the summer place of the Sotainvals. The bedroom has a 180cm double bed. The second sleeping area with 2 beds is curtained off from the lounge. The sofa beds sleep 2+2 people in a cottage. This unique and tranquil place is easy to enjoy for both business travelers and vacationers. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the elevator building, but not on the ground floor. The modern apartment is equipped with a sauna and a glazed with glass, and the kitchen has the necessary supplies. A parking space with a heating post right next to the front door. In the yard, you will find both a grocery store and a pizzeria. Bus stop approx. 50 m, beach approx. 150 m. Outdoor trails right at the door.
