Near the Canal Streetcar, just off highway I-10, walking distance to restaurants/bars and very close to City Park. 3 blocks from Endymion parade route! We are kid friendly and can provide books and toys. Queen size mattress. Additional air mattress upon request. Newly remodeled house near many attractions. Safe and kid friendly area. Access whole house except for a side which is used for storage/office. Outdoor has a nice deck for your barbecue or do it Cajun style with a Seafood boil! Pool available March-October Attractions: 3.9 miles to airport, 2.1 miles Treasure chest Casino, .8 miles to Dillard outlet, .3 miles to the famous Cafe Dumonde, .5 miles to Harbour Seafood, 1.5 miles to the famous Daisy Dukes Diner, and 15 minutes to Downtown.

House is close to Superdome, French quarter, world war II museum and 2 blocks from the St. Charles street car. Only blocks away from St. Charles Mardi Gras parade route. You’ll love my place because of it's location. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) A lot of things to do for everyone including families with children. House is located in a safe neighborhood with a lot of new construction.

Wonderful space. Clean, bright, cozy. Sit in Sun room or out on back deck with coffee or a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful Lakeview Neighborhood. Close to just about everything. City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
