Luxury apartment in the very heart of Venice, 200 meters from St Mark's Square. It's my and my wife's second home that we're renting out when not being able to use it ourselves. Precious furniture with antiques and original works of art - treating everything with care is mandatory. You'll never forget the canal view from our balcony, which represents Venice at its best. The apartment is full of light and sun (which is rare in a medieval city). Marble bathroom, elevator, fully equipped kitchen.

Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, only one guest's ID, the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the whole group, for the entire stay) and the accommodation tax will be requested Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they're not that steep. I have a place where you can leave your bags.
