Les Chapelles is a small country hamlet in the Charente-Maritime between the historic Roman town of Saintes & the beautiful beaches of Royan. Le Cadran Solaire is a 3 double/twin bedroom 200 year old cottage, luxuriously appointed with all mod cons, private outdoor space for relaxing, eating & drinking and access to the shared 3 acre garden, shady children's playroom, table tennis and heated indoor pool with sun deck. Charming Cottage between sea and countryside

In the heart of a wooded park, comfortable cottage, within the grounds of our property. Quiet, between the beaches of Saint Palais (7 min), and the banks of the Seudre in Mornac (3 min by car). 5 min walk to all the shops in the village. Great for a relaxing stay, our house has an outdoor swimming pool that opens onto a park in the middle of the fields. (Unheated pool) It also houses a Shala, yoga and meditation room, accessible to our guests on request.

Welcome to La Famiglia! Come and spend a wonderful, rejuvenating and relaxing vacation with us. The house has been carefully furnished and has all the comforts you need. Everything is new, the bedding, the appliances. The house is located on a very quiet street where you can park without problems. Then, no need for a car, you are about 400 m from the market and the main street and 800 m from the ocean. We are waiting for you!
