This is a clean, roomy space with plenty of windows in a safe neighborhood in central Merritt Island. We have a neighborhood park in the back of the neighborhood with water access to fish or kayak within walking distance. We are a short drive to great dining and shopping in Cocoa Village. Great bars, restaurants, and charter fishing at Cape Canaveral port. Or beautiful beaches with many attractions in Cocoa Beach. Also about 45 min drive to Orlando and all it has to offer!
