The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. We will be upstairs during your stay. We are not loud but you will hear us walk around upstairs. There is a walkout door to backyard. You will be able to park in the driveway. Walkway to gate located on east side of house. Walkway to backyard is well lit.

We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.

Welcome to The Saloon. This 600 sq feet space is perfect for those who need a quick getaway or traveling through Kansas City. Located just 15 minutes from the Power & Light District, 22 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium, and 20 minutes from MCI Airport. This space has no access to thermostat, (the space does have heat) - we do provide a space heater, as some guests have complained about being too cold when really cold days/nights.
