Comfortable sectional with chaise ready for you to put your feet up and unwind. This has a pullout queen size bed for extra sleeping. Game table stocked with supplies. Coffee bar with all of the essentials including a mini fridge and microwave. You can even get your exercise in with using the treadmill.

This house is about 2 miles from the village, lake, restaurants, bars and most wedding venues. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and then return to your own oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with a wonderful deck overlooking a pond. Make time to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or the sunrise with your morning coffee . Coffee bar included with snacks. In the wintertime enjoy the wood stove (wood is provided but if you need more the Byrne Dairy has some) and games.

Located minutes from NYS 31, this modern restoration of an authentic 1850 canal home has plenty to offer to the road-weary wanderer.
