Our updated beach house offers a pool (not heated), jacuzzi, chill-out roof terrace, BBQ, bath towels, bed linens, exercise equipment, washer and dryer, books, games, an office workstation, and a 32" Samsung Smart TV. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and a few blocks from many bars/restaurants and the local grocery store. This is our vacation home, and it holds a special place in our hearts. It consists of two floors: the first with living room, kitchen with office, pantry, a laundry room with patio, a double bedroom,a full bathroom and outdoor dining room. The lower one has the main room, with a dressing room and a nice bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, 2 single and 1 double bedrooms, and a bathroom.

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

Beautiful and quiet accommodation, ideal for 3/ 4 people. We ask if the ages are indicated. Located in an unbeatable place. A three minute walk to the charming Playa de Santandria and a five minute drive to Ciutadella. It is a Duplex in a residential complex that has a large pool and jacuzzi, Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, etc. All the rooms in the house have nice terraces in a place surrounded by trees.
