Our farm home, situated on 4 acres, is located just 25 minutes from the University of Illinois and Illini sports! I-57, I-74, and I-72 are all close by. The house has a fully furnished large kitchen with a coffee bar. Two living areas provide plenty of space to stretch out. You can finish off your busy day gathering on the patio preparing dinner on the gas or charcoal grills, watching the sun set over the summer grain fields, or roasting marshmallows around the firepit.

The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!

This full property is just off the interstate, in a small neighborhood surrounded by mature trees. North Prospect and Marketplace mall restaurants and shopping destinations are less than 1 mile away. The University of Illinois and Carle Hospital are about 10 miles from the rental property. This is a pet friendly Airbnb, with no additional charge for pets and up to 6 guests. High-speed Wifi is provided by Xfinity with 4 TVs, each with guest mode Roku.

Come spend a night, or an entire wknd out in the cold...in a luxury hot tub! Enjoy a spacious, 2 bdrm, two BR pet and 420 friendly brick ranch with tasteful decor on a corner lot. W/D, and screened in porch with fenced in yard. House fits 4 comfortably, but hot tub fits 7. Let me know if we need to discuss sleeping arrangements for more than 4 guests.
