Smell the sea mist from this cozy apartment with a pool in Gran Canaria.

With a harmonious layout that promotes light, views and comfort, and a decoration that accompanies the climate of peace and tranquility around, this two-bedroom apartment is an energy oasis in which to recharge in front of the sea. Harmonizing energies in distribution and decoration, enhancing light,views and comfort has been our utmost priority. Feel it. The enclave is unique, the direct beach access from the complex itself will bring you closer to contact with nature. The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, full bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m., has a wardrobe, shoe rack and chest of drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2 meters and a desk from where you can see while resting the pool and solarium area. The living room has a four-seater sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from not only can you see the sea but also listen to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with combi fridge, four-burner induction hob, microwave, and small appliances such as juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, grill iron, and cookware. The bathroom has a large shower tray and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer through a modest price. The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four jacuzzi hammocks inside and another small one for children with all security systems, it also has toilets in the pool. On the other hand, the mild climate and the pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees in the winter months and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round. The sports offer of Gran Canaria is closely linked to the mildness of its climate, lacking extreme temperatures and allowing the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle, sailing, windsurfing…) And for nature lovers the island offers a natural environment of hundreds of endemic and unique species in the world making it worthy of the qualification of “miniature continent”. Gran Canaria, internationally known as the island of eternal spring, has countless natural riches that make it the perfect destination for health care. It has 12 Spa and Thalassotherapy centers equipped with spectacular facilities that offer a wide variety of exclusive relaxation and beauty treatments. A 10-minute walk from the apartment you will find the Thalassotherapy centers of the Orquídea and Gloria Palace Hotels located in Bahía Feliz and San Agustín respectively. In short,Sun and beaches, Culture and sports, History and nature, Tradition and avant-garde, Leisure, fun and excellent cuisine, is what our island offers throughout the year, with an average annual temperature of 24º. I am an open and outgoing person with various interests, willing to share my favorite corners of the island and the best restaurants. On the beachfront, the apartment has direct access to the sea through its generous common areas with swimming pool.

Pleasant experience staying 5 minutes by foot from Playa Meloneras and 15 minutes from Faro and Maspalomas Dunes. Quiet and practical house of 2 floors. Bright. Spacious. Modern furniture. The kitchen, dining room and living is an open space that extends to the front terrace (to the street and West). It has a private garden to the East provided with pergola and hammocks. Community pool and jacuzzi included. Revised price for couples. Advisable for families... Welcome!

Beautifully located, stylishly and individually developed property for rent. The property is located away from high tourism in a ravine and offers peace and freedom for individualists. It is only 4 minutes by car from the sea and supermarket. A beautiful plant oasis in the middle of a typical Canarian volcanic rock landscape with sea views. The residential property is built on two terraces on the slope. The two terraces are connected by an external staircase.

Enjoy this spectacular triplex chalet just meters from Meloneras beach and the promenade. The complex has pools and jacuzzi. Casa Sofía has a living room with sofa bed, TV, Wifi and kitchen. On the first floor a spacious bedroom with double bed and terrace with ocean view and bedroom with two twin beds and bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large leisure and bathroom area along with two bunk beds for 4 people. The terraces have a wonderful ocean view.
