Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Unser kleines Gästehaus im Garten ist auch eine kleine Galerie, ein bisschen auch ein großes Tini-Haus, und es war mal bis vor bald 80 Jahren ein kleiner Stall, dessen Außenmauern auch noch erhalten sind. Seit dem dient es als Gäste-Domizil. Innen ist alles ganz modern saniert und verfügt Über eine Fußbodenheizung. Ganz wichtig zu erwähnen ist das Hochbett, es gibt nur ein doppel-Hochbett zum schlafen...wem das zu beschwerlich ist kann nicht unser Gast werden...

Lehne Dich zurück und entspanne Dich - diese stilvolle Unterkunft eignet sich hervorragend für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub. Strand und Seen sind schnell zu erreichen. Radfahren wird hier groß geschrieben und ist in alle Richtungen möglich, auch Wanderer kommen hier auf Ihre Kosten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Bansin ca. 4 km. In der Hochsaison kommt wöchentlich auch ein Bäcker, Eier bekommt man gleich frisch vom Hof. Tips für Ausflüge gibt es auch.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
