A fire place in the living room, split system heating/cooling, separate dining room, large modern kitchen and indoor/outdoor verandah to enjoy a drink or dinner gazing at the sweeping views. A full-sized billiards table, Please bring your own cues. A large pool gives a perfect outdoor experience. All on a remaining 22 acres.

Duck'n Hill Cottage (Off grid & EV charge station)

Built by eccentric artists in the 80's this quaint little mudbrick sits in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by wineries, stunning gardens and views. Recently renovated for comfort with concrete flooring, new A/C, hot water system, renovated bathroom and numerous outdoor spaces. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, kettle & facilities, air fryer, toaster, egg steamer, utensils, bar fridge & microwave. The perfect romantic getaway surrounded by nature.

Boasting amazing mountain views, Melazzano features accommodations with a garden and an undercover deck. Close to all the wineries in the Yarra Valley with a short trip to Chirnside and Eastland shopping centers. The Cabin features a 65-inch flat-screen TV with most streaming services. Towels and bed linen are also available as well as the essential Smeg coffee pod machine. A washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, and a large fridge are also available in the cabin.
