Drift off in this very unique and peaceful artist's residence. The house is located in the village of Tånum, just five miles from downtown Randers. The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 55 x 79 inch (140 cm x 200 cm) bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a stovetop, a mini oven, and an electric kettle. Coffee and tea free.

The private is a spacious apartment with its own private garden. Here are 4 beds divided into two bedrooms. The accommodation includes a utility room/entrance with laundry facilities, bathroom, nice bright kitchen with dining area. Spacious bedroom with double bed and good closet space. Extra bedroom for e.g. children with 140 cm bed (passage room). Nice bright and spacious living room where the family can enjoy themselves and access to the large garden and cozy terrace environment with barbecue facilities. Dogs are also welcome here.

Here horses walk peacefully in the fields, while deer, foxes, hares and pheasants are often seen around the property. Perfect for out-of-towners or families. Horses are looked after via a separate gravel road. 17 km to Aarhus and Randers and close to Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park. 6 km to Strand. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The city of Aarhus, the light rail, bus connections, 1 km to the highway, 4-5 km to the beach, Village idyll. It's a small village with 5 farms. Quiet scenic areas (municipal forest 1 km. ) Large common area with grass. A bit away from it all. But a nice and friendly environment. Someone who rented it wrote, yes, that's right, it's 1.5 km to towns with shops. The towns are Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, and Skæring.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

The home is located in Ølsted close to Aarhus. Free parking space and city bus right to the door. The home is newly renovated and spacious with room for 2-4 overnight guests. There is a hallway, living room and bedroom. In the living room you will find a sofa corner (sofa bed), a dining nook, and a relaxation corner. In the bedroom there is a double bed. In addition, there is a bathroom and well-equipped kitchen with dining nook. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace.

The villa is from 1904 and has been renovated to be bright and welcoming with charming details and delicious materials. From the ground floor there is access to a cozy courtyard with sun and shelter most of the day, an outdoor room for if it rains and a closed backyard with grass and flowers and the very last evening sun.
