On the ground floor there is an Edeka market, a drugstore, a bakery with café and a pizzeria. The upper floors are reserved for apartments. The offered 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator. It is assigned a private parking space in the in-house underground car park.

We live in a renovated farmhouse with modern annexes where we welcome guests. The guest apartment is about 80 m2, has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, a dining /living room and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a terrace with seating. Our gym is available by arrangement ( with or without care). The distance from Lake Constance is about 8 km.
