Mit insgesamt 4 Zimmern, Schlafzimmer 1 mit Doppel-und Einzelbett, Schlafzimmer 2 mit Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, Bad mit großer Dusche, eine offene Küche mit großem Essbereich, optimal für 1 bis 5 Personen! Insgesamt 70qm liebevoll und modern eingerichtet! Sehr zentrale, ruhe Lage in Untersiemau, genau zwischen der Korbmacherstadt Lichtenfels, der Veste Stadt Coburg und der Weltkulturerbe Stadt Bamberg!

Offen gestaltete Wohnung. Im EG der Whng: Küche, Bad, seperates WC sowie Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Das OG der Whng. ist ein ausgebauter Dachboden, hier können insg. bis zu 6 Personen schlafen. Eine Matratze auf dem Boden liegend (1,40 m breit) und 4 Einzelbetten in einem offenen Raum! (Zugang zur Matratze eng und tief!! Da sich die Wohnung 2 Stockwerke über einer Gastwirtschaft befindet kann es sein, dass ab und an Musik in die Wohnung dringt. Dies meist nur am Wochenende.

Keine Durchgangsstrasse stört und das Naturmonument "Grünes Band" liegt direkt am Dorf. Nachhaltig mit Photovoltaik + Holzpellet-Heizung. Ausblick auf das Rodachtal, die Hügel des Werratals und auf unsere Koppeln.

Sie haben die Möglichkeit in der Singleküche kleine Speisen, Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten. Der Sitzplatz im Freien darf gerne benutzt werden, ebenso steht Ihnen ein Grill zur Verfügung (bitte nachfragen), die Rasennutzung ist kein Problem.

Absolutely quiet and yet right in the middle of it all. 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot to the center. High-quality furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling windows with a wonderful view of nature and Coburg.

Das Schlafzimmer für 2 und eine Schlafcouch für 2 im Wohnzimmer. Ruhige Lage! Der große Garten mit mehreren Sitzplätzen hinter dem Haus kann genutzt werden. Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus. WLan ist vorhanden.

Our accommodation is located in Heilgersdorf, a small village 4 km from Seßlach between Bamberg and Coburg with a cozy atmosphere, plenty of space and a quiet location. A good starting point for single travelers, couples and families alike to discover and enjoy culture and Franconian-Thuringian sights - or simply for a vacation.
