This exceptional house is located in a cul-de-sac of a quiet tourist village in Pula. It is 900 meters from the sea. First main beach Verudela , excellent only 3 minutes drive.Cafet 20 meters and shop 100 m from the house. The house is extremely comfortable and stylish and adapted to the modern lifestyle. Available for 14 people +2 extra beds. The indoor space occupies 500 square meters and 2000 square meters of natural plot, which provides an extra atmosphere. There are soccer goals, a trampoline, a swing, and a fireplace . On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining room with modern lines and access to a large terrace of 100 m square on which there is garden furniture and a pavilion.On the ground floor there is also a wellness area with a view of the pool , terraces and greenery over large glass rocks.The swimming pool is 48 m square, of which a part is for children 0.5 m deep and for adults 1.5 m deep and has a hydromassage. The activity space spans a complete basement of the house, plus an extra kitchen and a fireplace that completes the experience. In the basement there is also a garage with 2 parking spaces and 6 bicycles to ride around the city, while the fully fenced lot offers further 4 parking spaces. On the first floor there is a study, 4 rooms with bathrooms each room with access to the terrace and 1 room in the attic. The house is air conditioned and all rooms have central heating. In addition to the inner staircase, the floors are connected by an elevator . Large covered patios are further special features of this property. The house is located near the marina , but also all other interesting amenities as well as the center of ancient Pula, which abounds in cultural and historical sites. In our neighborhood there are many restaurants "Volaria" and Fisherman's Hut Marina Veruda that offer the rich fish menu Pizzeria Jupiter, Boccaporta restaurant that offers traditional Istrian cuisine.Also and Beer on the Riva .You can rent bikes, mopeds, boats, cars, etc. On the main beach Verudeli, you can rent a sports field for mini golf and badminton ,tennis ,surf and even a boat towing a parachute , a small plane. There is also a diving club. There is also a diving club in Verudela. So on Verudela is the place Bunarina from where the boat drives every hour to the Friar Island. Boat excursions: Brijuni Islands ( national park )- departs by boat from Fažana 5 km away from Pula, Travel to Green and Blue Istria(Wine Road - Wine Tasting,Agritourism). Rovinj 30 km away from Pula where you can see Croatia in a small where there is a large aquarium.
