The home backs up to a park with both trails and playground equipment. There is on and off street parking and from Nov 15 - March 15 includes 1 garage space. Fully furnished home with complete kitchen, bedding and towels. Main floor bathroom has a seated shower with handheld. I will provide a Mayo Clinic parking pass upon request.

This Apartment was lived in by owners/builders of Watts Theatre. Mr. Watts was rumored to be acquaintances with Frank Lloyd Wright who was involved in the planning of the building. You will see many of his features including wide sweeping curves thus eliminating many 90 degree angles. While you stay enjoy watching the movie from your own Private Viewing Space in the second bedroom. This location has 2 bathrooms, a relaxing loft and the most dreamy porch. *WARNING* When booking in the winter be aware of our driveway shown in the picture. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive.
