My 1906 little house is completely restored farmhouse that my great grandparents brought to our property during the depression. Our guest cottage is tucked away behind the main house where we live. It has original shiplap boards in the open living room and kitchenette with beautiful pine floors throughout the 700 square-foot house. There is a separate bedroom with 12 foot lofted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight throughout. We know you will feel good the moment you walk through the door.

Natural light permeates the house in its wooded setting, and it is equipped with new paint, furnishings and linens. Private entrance, dedicated parking spaces, powerful WIFI and a fully-equipped kitchen to provide you with all the comforts of home. Convenient access to Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and the RDU airport.

Park in the driveway and head down the stone steps to your private apartment with double‑door entry and a peaceful wooded view. Inside, enjoy a ping pong table, games, TV, an exercise bike, a walk‑in shower, a workspace, and a quiet bedroom with a comfy queen bed. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, ice maker, and complimentary coffee and snacks. We live in the main house above, so light footsteps may be heard; if you need complete quiet, this may not be the best fit.

The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.
