A very atmospheric, cozy and at the same time spacious year-round house with a fireplace, located in a great place, right on the beach on Lake Sniardwy. House with an area of about 150 m2. Upstairs, four sleeping arrangements and a private bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor the entrance hall, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a utility room, a living room, and another bathroom with a shower. Surrounded by a large garden with several parking spots. BBQ area and fire pit. Two terraces are available to guests.

The house is located in a forest, 50 meters from the communal beach and the harbor. We offer a nice, quiet and pleasant way to spend your free time in a comfortable and fully equipped residence of 600 m² (living about 100 m²) with a large garden, year-round Jacuzzi, sun terrace, garden furniture and hammock, barbecue and parking.

The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Perfect View is one of the best views in Masuria that you can have to yourself for a weekend or longer. Insane sunsets, terrace therapy, sails catching at your fingertips, 17 seconds walk to the shore - all inclusive in the best sense of the word:-) And the photos do not reflect the reality anyway... Feel free to enjoy an enchanting holiday home by the woods. There is a 200m path to the lake. There is a large jetty by the water. In the middle of the cottage, there is a fireplace, four bedrooms, air conditioning, and everything you need to relax. Sauna and hot tub all to yourselves. Fresh linens and towels are always waiting for you. In the area, peace and quiet - the property is fenced, nice pets. There is a fire pit and barbecue on the property.
