Here you can enjoy the water, fruit orchards and meadows, as well as beautiful, wild forests. The marina is surrounded by dozens of cycling and walking routes, and it also has its own descent to the water and the jetty.

Our wooden cottage has been designed to be modern and functional. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Our cottage is located on the oxbow lake, so you can enjoy the silence, tranquility and beautiful views. A stay in the village of Budne is a perfect break from the city buzz. A year-round cottage is fully equipped. Ground floor : living room with fireplace and exit to the observation deck, kitchen, bathroom with shower. Upstairs : A south bedroom with a balcony and a lake view, and a north bedroom overlooking a forested hill and ravine. In the bedrooms, there are beds measuring 160 x 200, 140 x 200, and 80 x 200, along with bedding and towels. Wi-Fi Fiber optic. Instead of TV : beautiful views, fire in the fireplace. The cottage is decorated in such a way that it allows you to find both individual spaces and a common area by the fireplace, a large table or on the terrace.
