Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

This is a 175 sqm vacation home - on a 1250 sqm property, completely renovated in 2020. Spacious and luxurious. Fireplace + Finnish sauna included. 1.8 km walk through the forest to a stunning beach. The house is located on the island of Wolin (west coast of the Polish Baltic Sea), directly on Wolin National Park. Central heating throughout the house included in the price + additional fireplace including firewood 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. 1 guest toilet on the first floor.

A year-round cottage is fully equipped. Ground floor : living room with fireplace and exit to the observation deck, kitchen, bathroom with shower. Upstairs : A south bedroom with a balcony and a lake view, and a north bedroom overlooking a forested hill and ravine. In the bedrooms, there are beds measuring 160 x 200, 140 x 200, and 80 x 200, along with bedding and towels. Wi-Fi Fiber optic. Instead of TV : beautiful views, fire in the fireplace. The lake is in a quiet zone, so you can relax without motorboats or jet skis. A rowboat and kayak are included. Ideal for fishing, forest walks and cycling on the Blue Velo trail, with direct access to the water, dock, beach and forest. Beautiful lake views and peaceful sunsets complete the experience year-round.

A barn built in the 19th century that is renovated to preserve historical details and have luxurious modern amenities. Overlooking a forest, lake Mielno, pastures with Polish Trakehner horses, a French-style garden, the 600 sq-meter living quarters is located in tranquil Mazury, two hours from Warsaw by car and thirty minutes from Olsztyn. Beyond a luxurious and tranquil environment, the property provides plenty of outdoor activities, including: fishing, swimming, hiking, biking and kayaking.

The cottage is decorated in such a way that it allows you to find both individual spaces and a common area by the fireplace, a large table or on the terrace.

The house is located in a quiet area on the island of Wolin, close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, cycling and walking routes and a golf course. It is a great base for other seaside attractions nearby. At the same time, we have peace and quiet on the spot, the sunset admired from the terrace and the stars looking into the eyes.

The cottage is perfect for people who want to escape the city and move to a place where peace reigns. The area around the island is great for walking, and the nearby fields and forests are great for cycling. After an active day, it's time to relax and have coffee on our terrace on the water, and at the end of the day, a joint feast by the fire.
