Paul & Suzanne live at the property in Solihull with their two friendly cats Olly and Tez. The hosts are on hand to help with any enquiries. Free Off road parking. The guest room has a smart TV with Sky, & Free view, WIFI - is Fiber Optic @ 500 MBPS The guests bedroom has a double bed for sole use the family bathroom is next door & is OCCASIONALLY used by friends/family who may be visiting. The Kitchen Counter may be used as a work space. Guest may not invite 3rd parties into the house

My place sits in great proximity to the public transport (5 min to the Longbridge train station and 2-3 min to bus stops) and to the Longbridge shopping centre with big Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Poundland, pubs, etc. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

Spacious private ensuite room in Bournville

Private, spacious and comfortable room with ensuite bathroom. Conveniently situated: - Bus 11 to Queen Elizabeth Hospital/ Kings Heath - 10-12 mins walk to Bournville train station (2 stops from Birmingham University, 5 stop from Birmingham New Street), - 10 mins walk to Cadbury World - 5 mins walk to local shops and buses to Birmingham city centre (45, 47) and Solihull (49). Parking is free on our road, however it can be a very busy area, we cannot guarantee parking outside the house.

The lounge features multiple seating arrangements, including three sofas in varying styles. A coffee table made of wood adds a rustic touch. Light blue floral wallpaper complements the decor, and a round mirror hangs on the wall, enhancing the room's spacious feel.

Spacious First Floor Flat, free parking, near NEC

The flat is spacious and bright, with contemporary decor. The Master Bedroom is huge, with a double bed, and accent chair. The second bedroom a good size, with a double bed. The extra large lounge has 3 Sofa's, one of which is a small double sofa bed! The kitchen is fully fitted with standard sized appliances. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms which helps avoid queues for the loo! Our Carpets have just been replaced and are brand new! Please remove shoes.
