A cosy and spacious annex in great location minutes walk to fistral beach. Contemporary furnishings with luxury touches throughout. A fully equipped kitchen and luxe en-suite bathroom. There is underfloor heating throughout making the space warm and inviting to return to after a surf! The open plan lounge which includes the kitchen has an ‘A’ frame roof with Veluxes, a 49 inch TV and bifold doors leading to a decking area. The bedroom has a super comfy king size bed with 100% cotton bedding.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

“Surf In Surf Out”. Watergate Bay is the perfect location for surfers, families and dog walkers. The flat is newly furnished and decorated, just a few steps from the bay. We love our family holiday home and would love to share it with others. Dogs welcome. Relax and unwind in our modern open plan maisonette, each floor has french doors which open up onto a balcony for you to enjoy the stunning views of Newquay bay. Tolcarne beach is 5 minutes walk away with towering cliffs, white sand, brilliant surf and panoramic sunsets. Just around the corner is Porth Beach a great place to swim, kayak or paddle board and explore this wonderful coastline! Both beaches are family friendly safe & host fantastic bars, restaurants & cafes.

Large, one bed flat in amazing location with stunning views over Fistral beach and Newquay golf course. Just a few minutes walk to Fistral beach. Open plan kitchen, lounge, dinner room. Sofa bed in the lounge, if you have small children. 5 minutes walk into the center of town, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Very close to all of Newquay's many town beaches and other attractions such as Waterworld, Newquay Zoo & the Aquarium.
