“Sand Dune's in a lovely little apartment, very roomy for two people. We stayed for five nights whilst visiting friends over the New Year period. Clare our host added a few lovely touches in the apartment; tea, coffee, cookies, milk, sugar, prosecco and a small christmas tree. It was a good social media/phone detox as we couldn't get phone single or Wifi while in the apartment or Mawgan Porth area. We didn't mind but I can understand if you have children/teenagers it might be a problem, but most bars and restaurants do have Wifi. Sand Dune is very clean, nicely decorated with every amenity that you can think of. The kitchen is fully equipped.”
Comfortable, warm, light and airy open plan self contained accommodation. The property is in a quiet location and only a few minutes walk from the many beaches of Newquay. Lusty Glaze beach and restaurant is just around the corner. The town and its facilities a level 15 minute walk away. Local convenience shops, including a bank, post office and bakery are less than 5 minutes walk away.
“Absolutely spot on - exactly as described, and more! We’d forgotten to pack shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer - but everything and more was already provided. We could happily have stayed longer but it was only a flying visit.”
A well located studio flat just 1/2 mile from Watergate Bay beach.
“This is a wonderful place to stay, very roomy, and it has a homely feel to it that’s not matched with hotels and cottages anywhere nearby. We stayed for 4 days, and had a great time, it’s a 15 minute walk from Watergate Bay (3 minute drive), and local to both Newquay and Mawgan Porth. All amenities are included, pots, pans, kettle, microwave etc. We would recommend this to anyone, it’s such great value for money and we had a wonderful host.”
