Enjoy an exceptional 180° view of the Dordogne while swimming in our infinity pool (open May to October only) or hot tub (available all year). Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

A charming farmhouse set in 10 hectares of land, in an enviable position with exceptional views, the sound of the village bells drift across the valley. To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few minutes away by car or 20 minutes walk.

Cozy and cozy nest. ( no smoking please ) . The light is very present. Quiet , beautiful environment. Perfect for cruising the Vezere Valley. At the heart of the Golden Triangle: Sarlat Perigueux Bergerac. 10 minutes from Les Eysies: capital of prehistory. Caves , gardens , castles , hikes, canoes ... Please note, that only a wood burning stove provides heating in winter. It's lovely . Wood provided. From July 20 to August 31: Arrivals and departures on Saturday . See you again .

Spacious rural stone house with private pool

Character stone property with 3 bedrooms situated in a secluded rural hamlet in Pezuls, Black Perigord only 5km from the Dordogne river, in between Sarlat, Perigueux and Bergerac with easy access to all the Dordogne has to offer. It comes with a private heated pool , large terrace, extensive grounds over 2 acres (partly wooded) for guests to use and gated entrance . All bedrooms have en suite facilities, and there are two spacious living rooms and well equipped kitchen.

A well-maintained pool area is surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers. Flat lounge chairs are positioned beside the water, which is enclosed by a wooden fence. A gravel path leads through the garden, enhancing the natural surroundings.

A large living room/kitchen to fully enjoy the place, fully equipped, a furnished terrace, a private garden with access to the heated swimming pool and to share. Many possible activities: canoeing, Gabares rides on the Dordogne, castles, villages, caves, museums, restaurants, flea markets... etc.
