Log cabin Hömötintti

A log cabin built in 1996 on Kontiolahti Pöllönvaara. There is a steep path (60 m long) that leads to the shore of the clear water Likolampi. There is a sauna completed in 2024 along the path. The cottage has a fireplace and a wood stove. There is no electricity or tap in the cabin. In addition to natural light, candles are illuminated. There's a cabin and kitchen downstairs, as well as a sleeping chamber. There are more beds in the spacious loft. The outdoor kitchen in the yard has a gas stove. There is also a firepit and benches outside. There is a rowing boat on the shore of Likolampi.

Spacious and bright apartment

A spacious and bright apartment next to the market square, with a balcony overlooking the market square and in summer another balcony overlooking the large backyard. Shops and services are nearby, as are public transport bus stops. The size of the building's end apartment is 113m2, with 3 separate bedrooms (1hh, 2hh, 2hh), a small kitchen, a dining area, a large living room, a bathroom/toilet and a small separate toilet. The apartment is also suitable for a larger group or a family with children looking for a peaceful place to rest.

Lastun Paikat cottage & large sauna by the lake

The former chipboard factory used to build sauna and accommodation facilities for its guests on the beach of Orivesi. The main house is about 150 square meters. After that, an atmospheric hut, a peat-roofed smoke sauna, and a cozy chorus have been built there. In addition to the main house and the citizen, you can rent a preheated smoke sauna or corset for an additional fee. Beautiful, fierce terrain where you can move along the longwoods between different places. One pier is for swimming and the other is for sunbathing or yoga.

Villa Myyry villa on the shore of Pielisjoki

Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Home from the last millennium

Stay in the middle of Kitee, on the corner of the square, all services are within walking distance. The house is from the 50s and the decor is from the 90s. Bedroom with double bed and living room with two 80 cm beds. The kitchen is retro with modern appliances, however. Toilet small but clean and tidy. The shower facilities are downstairs, shared with another apartment, lockable door. Marimekko's cotton bedding and towels are washed with unscented detergent. Smoothly ironed sheets for a good night's sleep.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. For those interested, the arboretum will be gladly introduced during the visit. The house crowd includes two lapin reindeer dogs, a cat, a rooster, and 6 hens. Breakfast on-demand

Non-contact, traditional round log cabin by the lake. Electrified, cabin, alcove, sauna, approx. 40 m2. Heating by stove and electric boiler, sufficient heat in winter -20c, refrigerator, small freezer, stove, coffee and kettle, microwave, dishes for 4 people and small TV. In summer, cold water for the kitchen and sauna. wharf, outrigger, rowing boat, beach suitable for the person who can swim. Outdoor compost toilet. Gentle slushy wooden sauna, trees in the litter. Peace of nature.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Yellow house in Puropello

Good forest trails right next door. Suitable for guests who need peace and rest and the countryside.
