This newly renovated 1 bedroom basement apartment is the place stay when you want to be near it all: restaurants, train station, grocery store and more are within walking distance. Accommodations offer a clean, cozy and safe place to stay. Please note ceilings at 6'1" high, this unit is not suitable for taller guests. You are welcome to use the fire pit in our backyard to unwind after a long day, and the tv comes with HBO Max.

Ferries to Fire Island also close by. About an hour drive to New York City via nearby expressway or a 65 minute railroad ride.

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

We are less than 10 mins away by car from Jones Beach, where you can enjoy a concert, or simply soak in the sun and enjoy the waves. We are close to Route 110, where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and local shops. We are less than 5 mins by car to the mall and/or the train to New York City.

Tons of restaurants and bars in the area, 40 minutes by train to NYC. The loft has a queen size bed, central air and heat, and comes fully stocked with the basic necessities, including a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine.
