Faurskov Mølle is located in the beautiful Brende Aadal - one of the most scenic areas on Funen. The area invites you to hike in forests and meadows. Likewise, the Funen fishing waters are within a short driving distance and Barløse Golf for a round, can be reached possibly by bike. Faurskov Mill is an old watermill with one of Denmark's largest mill wheels, diameter (6.40 m). There was originally a grain mill, which was later changed to a wool spinning mill. The mill has not been running since the 1920s.

Beachfront farm

Fogensegaarden near Bogense has an unusual location for an old farm. A few meters from the beach on the island of Fogense, which was dammed and the road into Bogense drained and protected by a dike almost 150 years ago. An enterprising farmer, Christian Jensen, built the farm 130 years ago in its current form with a large farmhouse and a humble tenant housing at the southern end. It is the main house, which after several modernizations is now rented out in the coming season to holiday guests.

A perfect place to explore the local foods and nature of Fyn, Helnæs, Faaborg and Assens. Relax in front of the fireplace outside in the evening - and explore the nature on bikes or by foot in the daytime. We will be happy to guide you.

The beach cabin named Broholm

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Annekset på Langholm - The cabin in the nature

(Ingen skjulte rengøringsgebyrer). Helt særlig bolig tæt på Egeskov slot I haven til gården Langholm finder man dette anneks. Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

Stay close to the beach, the Johannes Larsen Museum and the city. The apartment is separate in an extension of the main house. Kitchen with dining area and private (retro) bathroom. The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. It has a private entrance and parking. Great for an overnight or two when you're on the go. Not a summer house. Tenant can self check in. I will not greet as a host unless desired by tenant. Sleeps 4 Double bed: 180x200 2 beds: 120 x 200 (4 ft x 6.6 ft) Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Dishwasher and underfloor heating The area is scenic and there are many good walks.
