Welcome to our modern, spacious apartment in the countryside! Over 100 square meters can accommodate up to 6 guests with plenty of space to arrive and relax. Quiet, rural location with ideal connections: Würzburg, Ochsenfurt, Taubertal as well as A3 and A7 are within max. 20 minutes away. Three bedrooms with double beds, large bathroom + guest toilet, kitchen, balcony, underfloor heating and parking space right outside the door. From the living room you look out onto the garden and the terrace where there is also a seating and barbecue area. For the children there is a play corner with various toys and books. Outside in the garden or at the nearby playground there is more play equipment. The plank floor and the open wooden ceilings ensure well-being and a healthy indoor climate.

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Guest room Michelskeller

Right next to the market square and the town hall is the Michelskeller in Sulzfeld, a restaurant from the 17th century. century, which has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guest room offered here, with a small kitchenette and private bathroom with shower, belongs to the second floor of the building, which also includes an apartment and a vacation rental next to the room. The restaurant is currently not managed.

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We look forward to hosting our vacation rentals in the 2019 architecture tours.

Scheune Segnitz

Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.

Vacation home at the jetty tower

Our 50 m² vacation home is located directly on the historic city wall of Marktbreit. In this, there is everything you need on two floors. The house can be reached through a romantic alley and is easy to find through the adjacent jetty tower. The train station and the city center of Marktbreit are within minutes walking distance.
