Located in the heart of Malmousque, a picturesque and popular neighborhood where everything converges to the sea, this large family home is the fusion of a former bourgeois bastide and a fisherman's shed. Spacious living areas enjoy wide openings, offering pleasant brightness throughout the day and the seasons with views of its walled garden to the south and without vis-à-vis. From the first steps, it feels like home. We appreciate the calm, the charm and the proximity to the city center.

Sea house, Malmousque Neighborhood

Nice and cozy house a one minute walk to the sea. It has a large terrace, sea view. It consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and bathtub and on the upper floor a small shower room with sink and toilet. On the ground floor, there is the cloakroom but also a large space for a stroller or several bikes. We have lived in this house for 12 years and we have taken care of the decoration in order to feel good there.
