Down Home Southern Charmer

This is the home that my sister and I grew up in with our parents and younger brother, who have passed on. We love our home, and are now opening it up to guests from anywhere in the world who want a comfortable place to stay while visiting the Mississippi Delta. Available to our guests are a centrally heated and cooled home with two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a family room with TV and Internet, two bathrooms, a kitchen, washer and dryer, and a garage. And, we just put in new floors!

Heavens Trees: Small town Guest House

Cute comfortable guest house in small Mississippi town. Como is 40 miles south of Memphis and 40 miles from Oxford , MS. Take in a Ole Miss game or check out Beale St. We are within walking distance of Main Street in Como where you can find great restaurants and antiques. Coffee, tea and continental breakfast with snacks and bottled water provided. Swim in our lovely pool, sip your morning coffee sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the pool and pasture with 4 mini horses.

Welcome to The Gallery! This one-bedroom cottage sits behind the main house. It has recently been renovated, but is decorated with vintage furnishings for personality. The cottage is equipped with a full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, washer and dryer, & Roku TV. Your stay will be unique, as the decor has been selected from my collector's lair, and the best part is - it's all for sale! The Gallery is a live-in collectibles showroom so, contrary to the saying - you CAN take it with you!

One Mile Lake House

A-Frame home in peaceful secluded cove, 1 mile from Sardis Dam and Marina, which host multiple fishing tournaments and other events. Off of I-55 South/North, with short drive to University of Miss. (Ole Miss) and Memphis TN. Wedding venue approx. 3 miles from residence, multiple other venues close by. Excellent stay for fishing trips, or wedding party. Mallard Point Golf Course approx 4 ml. Conv. store right up the road Multiple restaurants close, with close shopping near by.

Livie’s Loft

This unique place has a style all its own. Stay in a stylish newly renovated Main Street Loft in Sardis, MS. Walk to restaurants and a short drive to I-55. This unique place has a style all its own. Filled with local art. The Love Shack is located in beautiful Tallahatchie County, and about an hour from Memphis. Only a half hour drive to Oxford and Ole Miss. Overlooks our 40 acre property and 3 acre pond. It has is own private entrance and parking area. Like the song from the B52's--- Well it's set way back in the middle of a field, Just a funky old shack and I gotta get back.

A very spacious living/dining room area for the whole family to sit and chat. There is also two full-sized bathrooms. Also included is a screened in outdoor porch with plenty of seating. There is onsite laundry accommodations and a complete kitchen with all the ammenities.

Wynnewood "Jettie Jewel" Cottage 1 BDRM/2 Person

Country get-away! Only 35 Minutes from Downtown Memphis, TN, yet out in the country on a 62 acre estate. Nature trails through the property allow beautiful, peaceful strolls. There is fishing(in season). A very peaceful place to unplug and take in all that Mother Nature has to offer. We do have Wi-Fi but can be a bit spotty during cloudy weather.

Cabin on the water at the lower lake of Sardis

Wonderful home located on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. There is a private dock and a boat ramp only 1 house over. Located 3 mins from the upper lake & the marina. Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
