This roomy, quiet home is rural, at the city limit with nearly a half acre of yard at your disposal. 2000 sq. ft. home, 3 bedrooms, futon/bed and 2 full baths, & laundry room with lots of parking. 5 min. to the Lake of Egypt, & centrally located to the Shawnee Forest, Giant City State Park, & only 20 min. to the bike trail & Ferne Clyffe State Park. Perfect for fishing, hunting, hiking or just enjoying the view. Great for work crews with room to park a utility trailer. 16 miles from SIU.
