The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

A spacious bedroom contains a comfortable queen size bed and a single bed with patterned bedding. A bedside table and a small coffee table are present. Large windows provide natural light and access to a balcony, complemented by a bookshelf filled with books.

The apartment is 10 minutes driving from Ciampino airport. The bus from the airport stops in the Leonardo da Vinci square near the apartment and at the train station. The apartment is in the centre of Ciampino, 4 minutes walking distance from the train station. You can easily reach Rome Termini central station in 15 minutes (3/4 trains an hour). There are several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pizzerias nearby. The apartment is comfortable for 2 people, but there's room for 5.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed dressed in neutral-toned linens. A decorative wall hanging adds visual interest, while natural light enters through a window with sheer curtains. Nightstands with lamps are placed on either side of the bed, creating a functional yet cozy space.

The residence I'm offering is new, very bright, tastefully decorated and well furnished. It's located near San Giovanni in Laterano and is perfectly connected with downtown Rome, Colosseo, airports and train stations. The metro "A" stop of Piazza Re di Roma is a 5 minutes walk and right in front of the apartment there is a bus stop 85, they both take downtown. In the surrounding areas there are markets, restaurants, bar, gelato shops and many other shopping stores.
