Beachfront condo on the French side of St. Martin. Comfortably fits two and it is centrally located at ten minutes walk from all the services, supermarket and restaurants. You'll love it!
“Jak & Amy’s place was perfect for my wife and I’s trip to St. Martin and they both are very nice and warm people. The unit had a lot of amenities, private beach and a pool, and was VERY clean and well taken care of. They were very responsive both before and during on our trip with any questions we had. They set us up taxis from and to the airport, offered to drive us to David’s Cave, and even looked into a car rental while we were there. We ended up using the local buses and taxis as the unit it just a 5-10 minute walk from the taxi queue and bus station! We didn’t have many questions as how to get around or where we should go because they provided us with a ton of information about the area, island, and things to see and places to eat. The view from the balcony amazing and relaxing, exactly how it looks in the photos! Definitely would love to come back to the island and would consider staying nowhere else except Jak & Amy’s place.”
ATTENTION ST MARTIN n'est pas comme avant Irma, Les Travaux débuter au Pirate , This is the perfect place for singles or couples, a "Get-Away" for any occasion! Our building is located in Marigot, the capital of the French site of our island It lies within walking distance from markets, convenience stores, great eateries and lots of boutiques in the nearby Marina Royale Furry friends (pets) Welcome The place its next to the BEACH HOTEL 58- 60 charles Tondu Route Sandy Ground
“Dont be put off by the scaffolding on the outside of the building, as the studio apartment is really great, just what you need for a week or so in Marigot on St Martin. We never expected the little touches like bath robes, change of towels, beach towels, water, coke and beer in the fridge along with a welcome bottle of wine. We felt very welcomed. The location is really good, a short walk into Marigot itself, with a couple of well stocked local shops within a couple of minutes walk of the apartment. The marina is a great place to get bread each morning and there are lots of little cafe's offering coffee and croissants for breakfast, and great lunches if you want to eat out locally. We had a wonderful meal at le Petit Auberge one evening. If you don't have a car, as we did not, use the buses - very cheap and fun and you know the buses as their number plates all have BUS included! Check out Grand Case and Orient Bay for the beaches - both great in different ways. The island is slowly getting back to pre Irma days, but needs tourists to visit and spend their money in the local shops. People very friendly and you will have a great time.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our time at Sabrina’s comfortably cozy studio. Although the area is still recovering from the 2017 hurricane, we were still able to walk to restaurants and shops nearby. The private beach is directly behind the building, and is easily accessible by walking through the building’s hallways, which are also very clean and attractive. The beach is lovely; plenty of shade and sun. If you enjoy finding seashells and colorful sea glass, this is the spot! Sabrina was very helpful, making a special trip to bring us beach towels, and arranging for a taxi to take us to the airport. Thank you, Sabrina!”
