This apartment is inspired by Mediterranean vibes and has an big terrace door that gives the apartment a bright light throughout the day. The living room area is decorated with a fireplace that at the moment is not active yet. The rooms don’t have doors and are all connected in one big spacious studio apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Fresh towels and basic bath essentials are provided. In front of the apartment there is a terrace that is a shared space with other apartment.

Awesome Free Time Studio

Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

"Old City Center" Residence

The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.

Your neighbors are the University Library, the National Theatre and the Cathedral. Nearby is Pohorje where you can access by car or gondola and enjoy the beautiful view of the city of Maribor. Brand new renovated and lovely fully furnished apartment located in old historical building in the most popular street in the heart of Maribor, with great Restaurants, Bars and Cafes. On the other hand, you'll find enough peace in my place. Good food, drinks and ambient are really important for me and I want the same for my guests.
