Waterfront apartment with free parking

A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

Welcome to my apartment. Here, you and your family can stay centrally and within walking distance of everything in Mariager – whether it's shopping, cozy streets, nature, or the fjord. You have free access to a small terrace at the back of the house, and in the guest shed you can borrow things for outdoor play and fun. Since I am continuously renovating the apartment next to the rental, some areas may lack the final touches, and things may be newer than in the pictures. In return, you get a really good and relaxed setting for the trip.

Terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and campfire area. A short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to lovely beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and Wi-Fi that covers the entire property. In July and August, check-in is on Saturdays. There may be a lot of insects at times.

Tiny House Lindebo is a small cozy summerhouse. The house is located in a cozy garden, with a lovely covered south-facing terrace. It is 200 meters to the bus stop, from where the bus goes to Aarhus C. The nature around the house offers both cozy forest and 600 meters from the house is a really nice beach. Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Towels, dishcloths, duvets, bed linens, and firewood for the cozy wood-burning stove.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The city of Aarhus, the light rail, bus connections, 1 km to the highway, 4-5 km to the beach, Village idyll. It's a small village with 5 farms. Quiet scenic areas (municipal forest 1 km. ) Large common area with grass. A bit away from it all. But a nice and friendly environment. Someone who rented it wrote, yes, that's right, it's 1.5 km to towns with shops. The towns are Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, and Skæring.

The apartment is located at the eastern end of a beautiful 1874 townhouse with a large garden and outdoor areas. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge-freezer - all overlooking the garden. There is parking in the courtyard around a large old linden tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walks at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.

Super cozy and homely annex/mini-summer house with a small terrace out front. The annex is located 250 meters from the water, where you will find a beach with a jetty. It is 20 m2 and has a cozy terrace and lawn that invites you to have a lot of fun and games. The annex consists of a bathroom and a combined bedroom/living room/kitchenette in one. There is a private entrance to the wooden terrace, where the summer sun can be enjoyed in the relaxing surroundings. TV with chromecast.

We offer... Your own private apartment with bedroom/living room, kitchenette and bath/toilet. Large bed with freshly ironed bed linen and cozy corner with a dining area. Own entrance through carport and access to garden. Within walking distance to Silkeborg town center (approx. 2.3 km). Non-smoking facilities throughout the register. The apartment is part of a private residence, which is why you will be able to hear a little life in the house when the hosts are at home.

The bathhouse is located on Aarhus Island, which is the new hip place. Bring your fishing rod - there is the possibility of fishing right by the house. At the harbor 100-200 meters from the house, there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy a nice street food meal 🍺🌮🍔and or your morning coffee☕️ 🥐or maybe a delicious ice cream 🍦🍡to end the day with.
