The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. A triple room in the attic of our farmhouse is rented. In the room there is a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a single bed, a wardrobe and a sink. The toilet and shower are on the floor for the exclusive use of guests. As well as a lounge. The city center of Saalfeden is 4 km away. Arrival should be by car, as there is only limited public bus service. We look forward to seeing you soon.
