Die Lage eignet sich perfekt, um Würzburg entspannt zu entdecken und gleichzeitig einen ruhigen idyllischen Rückzugsort zu haben. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und ist funktional sowie gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und ideal für die Selbstverpflegung. Ein Balkon sorgt für zusätzlichen Raum zum Entspannen.

This beautifully furnished apartment is the perfect base for your time in Würzburg – ideal for tourists, friends or business travelers. Thanks to the proximity to the main train station, arrival by train is particularly convenient. The banks of the Main, the convention center, the city center and the Würzburg vineyards are within easy walking distance. A highlight is the lovingly furnished balcony with wonderful evening sun—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Our nest overlooking the vineyards

My nest is a high-quality furnished apartment. The way to the 2nd floor is rewarded with a stunning view of the vineyards and the Main Valley. In the morning you can watch the sunrise from the living area, in the evening the floor-to-ceiling windows invite you to watch the lights of the night. The apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house with access via the shared staircase. The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining area, two bedrooms & a bathroom.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

The cozy shepherd's wagon is located in the old town of Margetshöchheim, right on the Main bike hiking trail, just a few steps away from the water. Shopping, a bakery, a swimming lake & the Rococo garden are also nearby. Somewhat hidden, the romantic retreat is a private refuge with a veranda, outdoor shower, herb corner & outdoor kitchen. Surrounded by old walls, cats, chickens & being offline, the ideal place to switch off!

Living on the Main 1a-ammain

The house is just a few meters away from the Main and is completely at your disposal. Direct access to the Main Valley Cycle Path to Würzburg (8 km). Bicycles can be parked and charged in the dry in the barn. Free parking places to be found on the street in front of the house. The pedestrian bridge to Veitshöchheim is 500 meters away. Playgrounds and a restaurant with a beer garden are approx. 200 meters from the house.

The apartment (24 sqm) was only completed in 2024 with a lot of passion and, in addition to the cozy furnishings, of course, also has all the amenities of a new building. The apartment invites long-term vacationers, cyclists or commuters alike to linger. Margetshöchheim is located directly on the Main River, opposite Veitshöchheim, about 7 km from Würzburg.
