Very nice quiet apartment, close to downtown Epernay. You will find a beautiful living space with fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with sofa bed (extra) and TV. A separate toilet. A master bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed, open to the shower room. A second bedroom, connecting with the first (be careful, no door between the 2 bedrooms), equipped with a pull-out bed and closets, which is suitable for children. Reversible air conditioning in the apartment.

A spacious outdoor area features a well-maintained lawn surrounded by old stone walls. A mature olive tree is situated in a rectangular planter, providing shade. Picnic tables are available for seating, and a playhouse with a slide and accessories can be seen in one corner.
