This recently updated private home has everything you may need for a family gathering, or weekend on the slopes. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook in. * Extra sanitizing measures are in place during the COVID-19 Pandemic. * My place is cozy, clean, and quiet with all the comforts of home! It is located half way between the highway and downtown. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself during your stay, including a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, and work desk. You'll also have your own private entrance and free off street parking in the back of the house.

Great improvement in 2025 in adjacent downtown area and pedestrian access.

Original hardwood floors recently updated. Furnished with a queen size bed and a pull-out twin sofa bed, chair, table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen.

My place is close to the city center, art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the coziness, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau.
