In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.

An outdoor terrace presents a stunning view of the sea, framed by greenery. The infinity pool reflects the clear blue sky, while modern lounge chairs are arranged nearby. A wooden table holds a small potted plant, enhancing the space's inviting atmosphere.
