The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

Located within Oceanside, Oregon, 9 miles west of Tillamook. This oceanfront duplex is called Heart of The Hill because it is located right in the middle of Oceanside. The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

It has been our family retreat for 40 years and we now welcome you to make your own memories in one of the most scenic places on the Oregon coast! The cottage has 600 square feet with one bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a double futon. The living room has a view of Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern appliances, Kuerig coffeemaker, complimentary " K- Cups" (coffee), washer&dryer.
