I'm offering my 50 sqm apartment here. The apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Ayl overlooking the famous Ayler Kupp. Ayl has 1606 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Saarburg. Ayl is one of the most famous wine towns on the Saar, located in Rhineland-Palatinate between Trier and Saarburg. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entrance is on the far right side of the house. Above the apartment lives a family with a toddler, next to it lives a married couple.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

The apartment is very centrally located close to restaurants, supermarkets and the confluence of Saar and Moselle. Comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. Box-spring bed 160 x 200 cm. Coffee & tea are free. There is a small kitchenette without a dishwasher and Extractor hood. Guests who value complete self-sufficiency even for short stays are better off with competitors. For long-term guests, that's not a problem. Perfect for couples and solo travelers.

You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
