I'm offering my 50 sqm apartment here. The apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Ayl overlooking the famous Ayler Kupp. Ayl has 1606 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Saarburg. Ayl is one of the most famous wine towns on the Saar, located in Rhineland-Palatinate between Trier and Saarburg. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entrance is on the far right side of the house. Above the apartment lives a family with a toddler, next to it lives a married couple.

My new, beautiful and detached house at the border crossing to Luxembourg, which I have created with a lot of passion, fulfills all dreams. It is located on the Moselle in the middle of the countryside with the possibility to observe animals and hike in the garden. You can discover great restaurants as well as many wine cellars and vineyards. So my house is suitable for everything: business trips, city trips, active or recreational vacations. Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.
