Beautiful apartment with superb sea view!

Let yourself be lulled while admiring the sea, comfortably seated on the living room sofa... Our apartment is located on the 6th and top floor of the "Grand Bleu" (accessible by elevator). It has a magnificent sea view, allowing you to admire the Boulogne lighthouse on one side and the Côte d'Opale and the English cliffs on the other if the weather is mild. Access to the beach is directly at the foot of the apartment, with the children's pool just opposite.

Located on the top floor of Villa "La Marée", on a lively street, you will be charmed by its exceptional location close to the beach and close to amenities(restaurants, tobacco,etc.) With an area of 18M2, you will find a bed of 160x200, a shower and a sink, all renovated in 2024 with a clean and elegant decoration.
