This nice colorful house (about 30 sqm) is immersed in the authentic historic center of Vico del Gargano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. You will live an experience that will catapult you into an almost forgotten time, made of simple things and authenticity. The sunsets will color the road from which, between green hills and the houses of the alley, you can see the Adriatic. The house is an ideal starting point for the beaches of Gargano (the closest a 10-minute drive) and the freshness of the Umbra Forest.

The house offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room with access to the terrace. A stone's throw from the port to go to Tremiti Islands and the sea caves. Would you like to spend a holiday in a very nice house, with a typically mediterranean style, with a private terrace for exclusive use, recently completely renovated, located in a land bordering the beach? You will reach the sea on foot in VERY FEW SECONDS. It takes almost longer to write than to do. In the land there are 2 other independent and autonomous houses, one for 4 and one for 2/3 people. Announcement active on AirB&B from 2022 (look them in the Airbnb map).
