Questa simpatica casetta colorata (30mq circa) è immersa nell'autentico centro storico di Vico del Gargano, borgo tra i più belli d'Italia. Vivrete un'esperienza che vi catapulterà in un tempo quasi dimenticato, fatto di semplici cose e genuinità. I tramonti coloreranno la stradina da cui, tra colline verdeggianti e le casette del vicolo, si scorge l'Adriatico. La casetta è punto di partenza ideale per le spiagge del Gargano (la più vicina a 10 minuti di auto) e la frescura della Foresta Umbra.

Superb apartment with a private terrace overlooking the sea and the historic city of Vieste. Finely furnished, spacious and bright, the flat offers a sea view from all rooms. Located on the top floor of an ancient building in the center, an area full of bars, restaurants and a beautiful beach. The house offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room with access to the terrace. A stone's throw from the port to go to Tremiti Islands and the sea caves. Parking at 150 meters.

L'appartamento, che si trova al primo piano di una casa di campagna, è un monolocale indipendente appena ristrutturato, con angolo cottura, balcone, wifi e tv. Può ospitare fino a 3 persone. la Casina é immersa nel verde. Posto ideale per 2 persone che amano la tranquillità. Gli ospiti possono stare nella veranda adiacente, oppure spostarsi nel prato all'ombra del corbezzolo e godere del favoloso panorama. la Casina é su due piani: al piano terra c'è cucina e bagno, al piano superiore camera da letto e bagno di servizio. I due livelli sono uniti da una scala esterna. Panorama ammirabile stando anche comodamente a letto grazie ai finestroni che danno sul paese e sul mare.

L’appartamento è composto di due piani: Primo piano: living, bagno e camera da letto.Secondo piano: cucina e terrazzo. Nota: appartamento non ideale per persone con mobilità ridotta. Would you like to spend a holiday in a very nice house, with a typically mediterranean style, with a private terrace for exclusive use, recently completely renovated, located in a land bordering the beach? You will reach the sea on foot in VERY FEW SECONDS. It takes almost longer to write than to do. In the land there are 2 other independent and autonomous houses, one for 4 and one for 2/3 people. Announcement active on AirB&B from 2022 (look them in the Airbnb map).
