With 110 square meters, you can comfortably spend a vacation with up to 8 people. The large terrace with a BBQ and views of the countryside is also inviting. In the surrounding area, there are many excursion destinations such as the Maare and the Moselle, hiking and cycling trails, and for motorsport fans, the Nürburgring. For families, there are also amusement parks/zoos and outdoor swimming pools nearby.

Spacious living-dining area leads into the beautiful conservatory with fireplace and onto the terrace with comfortable garden furniture. View over the town and valley. Fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms with double beds (160 cm). Access to the terrace from the larger bedroom. Parking right by the house. Children are welcome.

Spread across 3 floors and approx. 90 m², it offers 2 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet, exposed wooden beams (clearance height 165 cm), cozy low ceilings (200 cm) and a unique layout full of character. Cafés, small shops, restaurants and the famous castles of Manderscheid are just a few steps away. Public parking is within walking distance.
